By subscribing, purchasing, or receiving access to Book Writing University, the Book Engineering App, N.O.R.A./NOORA, or related book-development platform tools, the user receives twelve (12) months of platform access from the date access begins, unless a different access term is expressly stated in writing. If the user does not complete, close out, export, or otherwise finalize the book project within the twelve (12) month access period, the project may be moved into archived status. Once archived, the project may no longer be available through standard login access, and the user may be required to contact technical support to request restoration. If a project remains archived, inactive, unpaid, or unclaimed for six (6) additional months, Book Writing University may permanently delete the project files, drafts, app data, notes, and related account materials unless the user activates a continuing access plan. Basic Platform Access is $4.99/month or $45/year. N.O.R.A./NOORA continued access is $10/month or $99/year. Refunds are available only within seven (7) days from the date access begins. After the seven (7) day refund window, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

I understand that Book Writing University will make a reasonable effort to notify me approximately sixty (60) days before expiration, archive, or deletion, but I am responsible for keeping my email and account information current.
I understand that refunds are only available within seven (7) days from the date my plan, subscription, purchase, or platform access begins.
I understand that after the seven (7) day refund period, all payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
