Success: Setting Deadlines
“Goals in writing are dreams with deadlines.” –Brian Tracy
Working to achieve your dreams and goals can be very self-fulfilling. In order to do so, you must get to know YOU, first and foremost. Then, work on defining your purpose in life. Once you have that together, it will be time to begin setting goals. One of the most important aspects of accomplishing goals once they have been set is to attach deadlines in which these goals are to be accomplished. A deadline is the time frame in which your specific goal is to be accomplished. You should have more than one goal that you would like to achieve. For each goal you set for yourself, there should be a deadline in which that goal will be achieved. Just as there should be long-term, mid-range and short-term goals you should have long-term, mid-range and short-term deadlines. Every goal should correspond with a deadline.
